Product Quality Guarantee

Colombian Emeralds International is proud to guarantee its quality products against all manufacturer's defects for 30 days from date of purchase. Manufacturer's defects reported within 30 days from date of purchase and verified by our Customer Service Center will be repaired at our expense. Upon inspection of the merchandise, company management may also opt to offer a replacement or a credit on a future purchase. A restocking fee may apply if the product is not accompanied by it's original box and warranty. All inquiries can only be processed after verification of the original sales invoice.

Due to the extremely subjective nature of appraising, refunds will not be issued based upon an external appraisal nor will they be issued due to "Buyer's remorse." All sales of merchandise sold at sale price or discounted due to damage or imperfections are final.

All watches sold by Colombian Emeralds International are covered by the manufacturer's international warranties and therefore are not returnable. In the event of service needs, please refer to the manufacturer's Authorized Service Center.
