Program members can check their accounts online at www.ceirewards.com. If you do not have your password, please call customer service 1-800-6-NO-DUTY.

When will I receive my JRP card?
If you did not receive a membership card when you made your purchase please call customer service on 1-800-6-NO-DUTY, or send an email to customerservice@colombianemeralds.com confirming your mailing information. You may be asked to refer to your purchase receipt. With confirmation of your address, we will send you your card.
3. How do I redeem my points? To redeem your available points you may visit any of our many locations throughout the Caribbean or call our customer service department in the US at 1-800-6-NO-DUTY (666-3889).

How many points do I need to start redeeming them?
With a minimum balance of 2,500 points program members can begin redeeming points.
